The AI Chatbot
That Knows
Your State
Syni reads your focus, stress, and recovery before you open it. So when you ask a question the answer is shaped around where you actually are, not a generic response.

What is Syni?
Syni is a chatbot that reads your focus, stress, and recovery — then uses that to give you better answers. You can ask it anything. How you're doing today. Why your energy dropped. What to work on next. The longer you use it, the more it gets you. Syni is built on Synheart's (HSI) — the layer that reads and interprets your physiological and behavioral signals in real time.
Ask it anything
Why did my focus drop? Should I push through or rest? What changed this week? Syni gives you real answers not suggestions to "try journaling."

It reads your state first
Before you type a word, Syni has already checked your focus, stress, and recovery. The conversation starts informed.

It learns over time
The longer you use it, the sharper its understanding of your patterns. Day 30 is noticeably better than day one.
Desktop and mobile
On your Mac or Windows desktop on its own. On your phone through Life. Either way, it's the same Syni.

How it Works
Syni reads your signals before you say anything
Syni pulls your focus, stress, and recovery from the status bar before the conversation starts. By the time you open it, it already has a picture of where you are. Ask it what to do next.
Ask it why today feels heavy. Ask it whether now is a good time to push. It answers based on what it's actually seeing not what you tell it.

What you can ask Syni
Same question. Different answer.

"Help me plan today. I'm overloaded."
Syni cuts the list down, protects recovery time, and tells you what actually needs doing today.

"Summarize this. I'm low on energy."
Syni gives you a shorter, lighter version. It knows you don't have the bandwidth right now.

"Think through this with me."
Calm, steady reasoning. No rush. Paced to what your focus can actually hold right now.

"Should I do deep work now or wait?"
A direct answer. Syni checks your signals and tells you what it sees — no vague advice.
Your conversations stay on your device
Syni runs on your device. Nothing you say and nothing it learns about your state ever leaves your device. No servers. No data harvesting. What Syni knows about you stays yours.
